Project Consumption was created after I came upon the topic of Tuberculosis unintentionally and discovered its role in shaping society as we know it today. Thus, this project is dedicated to promoting better health practices for communities in Arizona, and helping others fight this public health crisis no matter how far or close they are to our immediate circle.
Meet Gracie Im-Pyun
Hello! I am currently a senior in Arizona and I've always been passionate about science and specifically intrigued by diseases. I believe that diseases have impacted our society more then we let on and hence have ignored an important aspect of history because of that. Instead of avoiding the subject, I hope to make its presence known so we can unite and move forward to solve this crisis instead of falling into despair. With that, I'm excited to share that mindset with other students with the hope that they will carry that mentality into their own interests as well!
